How can I start in investing in pre-developed or developing real estate?

Posted by Eric LeRiche | November 19, 2009 .
Ken asked:

I’m interested in learning more about investing in developing real estate. Can somebody tell me how to approach this? Is there a list of developers that I can look up that may have a list of their projects?

With the collapsing market , there are sure to be some 1/2 finished projects in your area .
Drive around , then ask .
Lots of red ink out there and tons of developers would be joyous to pass some of it on to others .
Just look in your real estate classifieds ,
    Then go driving !

But why ? Did you invest in VCRs recently too ?
