Considering you are young and have no experience I assume you don&#039;t have a house yet but even if you do the following advice is still relevant:

The long term opportunity in real estate right now is staggering.

With borrowing costs so low, real estate so beaten up, and a plethora of renters now re-unleashed back onto the market, I don&#039;t know that there has been a better time to start laying the groundwork for building a fortune in real estate.

I know this sounds weird coming from me who&#039;s all about learning about stocks and investing in the stock market but if you were my son, that&#039;s what I would tell you.
