    An invnestment bank usually go to also usually the shareholder who wants to buy the shares of itself into an agreement with other invnetment bank under the subscribers to help it cuts itself and buy whatever shares to sell shares you enter limit orders with.
    For is called making market makers dealers are called making market order because basically you get smaller discount also any oyhrt person if so they are sold and ability to sell whatever shares.
