One rule when you invest is to go with the trend thus I would stick to a Bullish perspective and given the latest health care bill i would consider the pharma sector. Currently I like Pfizer (PFE) the most. That being said you should learn how to determine on your own what stocks are undervalued and the best way to do that is to learn about the basics if investing.
