What are some good stocks to research if you’re one who wants to buy low and sell high?

I’m looking to get into the stock market soon with this big drop in the stock market. What are some stocks to do research on if you want to buy low and sell high. Also should one wait to buy stocks for a few more weeks or even months to see if the stock market continues to go down?

   Nobody can predict with any level of certainty where the stocks will go next so the best thing to do is to invest over a period of time so that your average cost of acquisition is better. The stocks will go up and down while you buy so sometimes you’ll buy higher and other times lower… makes sense?
