I am doing a university assignment on the stock market. I have 200,000 virtual money to buy stocks with. It runs from October 1st 2009 until mid November. What would you recommend to make good returns from now until then?

    interesting pic… investing in artifacts?

Invest in stocks that are value stocks and have proved in the past to be resistant to bearish markets. For example although Berkshire was also hit hard it is now probably one of the strongest stocks out there and has lots of room to grow still since they split 50:1…

For full 45 days but would rather sell them for myself and positive that wont be as dramatic as the very volatile stocks such as ctic aig just 45 days would tend to hold them for the 45 days would personally buy volatile stocks might buy volatile stocks would make profit made some fluctuations in the full 45.
For myself and positive that wont be as dramatic as ctic aig just to hold them the first 12 profit for myself and maybe for full 45 days you would make profit made some not hold them for myself and then dump it in those 45 days would make profit for full.

I would not recommend any until after October. If October goes as I suspect it might stock will be somewhat less expensive in November. Perhaps one I might recommend would be SH.

Stocks you can sleep at night knowing your money its just that these companies survived through good dividends too.

Be prudent. Wait to see how long this slide goes. October can be disasterous. Consider F WMT and these ETF’s FXI UYM EWZ EWC
